Hey team,
This product is a great idea but the free product is pretty useless. I've been trying it for about two weeks and haven't won one auction yet. As you can see on this most recent item, there was plenty of time for the buyer I "beat" to jump back in and win.
I used the Bidnapper trial and won most of my auctions, mainly b/c it comes in with 5s to spare vs 10-15s. Any thoughts on reducing the interval?

Thank you for your question about free service. Our free plan snipes no earlier than 10 seconds. You must upgrade to get the 2-second lead time.
The reason you only won one auction is because in all cases but one, your bid was not high enough to win long before closing. The bid increments you are using of 20-30 cents are far too small to expect to win anything.
