Why do I repeatedly get this error message " Free accounts are allowed 1 free snipe at a time." I believe I still have points but you make it difficult to find that out. I have gone gthrough this many times and I am really sick of it. If it keeps happening I am going to quit your guys and go somewhere else.

Thank you for your question about your account. Your last payment was a year ago, if you search your PayPal account you will see this.

You used all of your points again. In fact, we gave you some free service last time you wrote in, and that has expired also. You are buying points and then you use them.

I gave you another free month, and of course we want to keep you as a customer, but we can't keep giving free service.

I see the issue. The pink quadrant next to the "Queued Snipes" area is blank. It is supposed to say how many points you have remaining. So you had no easy way of knowing you would need to add more points soon.

Right now it should say "30 days remaining." This will be addressed in the next release.
