I purchased a one-year membership in January or 2025. Why is my account displaying that I cannot program snipes? Please correct ASAP.

Ah, I see what happened. When we refunded and canceled the duplicate subscription from last month, the "end of term" message from PayPal turned it off.

So now you are back to the cheaper rate of $21 every 3 months.
