"free account" error

My account is having the same error that was just resolved on the precious ticket. Can this please be fixed permanently? The temporary solution did not work.

I do not have a free account and should be able to program bids.

Human error - I just did the date math wrong. You paid using 2 different email addresses, apparently you switched to Gmail last year. I mapped it out, and you are paid through December of this year.
