I entered my first snipe with Bidslammer, and then paid for the annual service. A few questions;
1) how do I go back and edit my snipe to a faster submission time from the default (I was going to do 7 seconds form the default 10 seconds)? Plus, my snipe is buried half off-screen so I can't see it completely. How do you edit it?
2) I also sent an inquiry to the seller to see if they would entertain a buy it now offer. If they do, I assume my bidslammer snipe will never go thorugh if the auction is ended early.
3) I changed to bidslammer because my auctionsniper tool stopped working, No matter what I did, I would lose auctions where I was clearly the high bidder, with the explanation being that Ebay required verifcation of my account. This, despite my having a credit card on file with ebay and doing everyting they suggested. Is this likely to be an issue using your new service?
4) I detest automatic subscription renewals that continue you charge your credit cards or Paypal long after you've forgotten you subscribed to the service. I purchased your $24+ 20 year anniversary discounted yearly fee so I could upgrade my snipes, but do not want it autorenewed. Can I have the autorenewed service turned off. Or can I just back out of the annual upgrade fee and use the short term, less expensive upgrade options you offer.
5) Please tell me how to upgrade my one snipe using my upgraded service.
6) how much am I charged for winning snipes? How do you make your money?
