Some time back, I purchased a fixed amount of upgraded snipes. Is that feature still available?

Thank you for your question about upgrading. Yes, just log into your account. From the dashboard, click "Upgrade Service" in the top menu bar, and you will see several upgrade options.

The link only shows the $25 recurring annual fee. For philosophical and other reasons, I don't like to sign up for these recurring fees.

Great. 10 snipes cost almost as much as unlimited for a year.
Please switch it back. I will buy a year and then deal with the renewal later.

You can cancel it right after subscribing. (It was explained on the page.) I can switch it back tomorrow.
