Falsified bid

Just received an email from eBay saying I had won this item (1903 silver dollar.) I did not bid on this. I contacted eBay and they said this item and one that I did bid through BidSlammer (311430993475) were bid on by the same computer. So it seems it must have come through your site somehow. This along with the issues I have had with BidSlammer over the past few days is making me very nervous about using BidSlammer. I have just changed my eBay password and am going to change my BidSlammer pw once I submit this.

Hello Carla,
I don't think we had a security breach of any kind, but I will check on this asap and let you know what I find out. Thank you, we take these requests very seriously.
Kind regards,

Hello Carla,
We got to the bottom of this. It was human error on our side. I was doing some user testing and I accidentally transposed the numeric user_id of the customers, and added the snipes to your account by accident! So rest assured this was a human error, not a security breach.
Now as for how we can deal with the inconvenience we caused you, I sent a note to the owner and I should hear back from him tomorrow.
Carla, I am truly sorry about this. In fifteen years of operation this has never happened.
Respectfully,
BidSlammer Customer Care

Well, I hope the ebay sellers will cancel the orders. Did you bid on any other things besides the 3 I already "won"? If the ebay sellers don't agree to cancelling them, from what ebay told me, it could result in unpaid item marks against my account which could affect my ability to bid on things in the future.

eBay has great customer service, but they know nothing about the sniping world and occasionally give scary answers.
In our experience, honesty always works. Just tell the truth, that your bidding service acknowledged a human error and these were purchased by mistake (not by you).
Sorry to have to ask.
Also we took steps to make sure I can't make that mistake again.
