I paid for an update of $30 by Paypal on 12/27/2023 and it does not show up on my account. The payment was from [edited]. The usual area where remaining snipes is located on the page is not there on mine for some reason. The only way that I noticed this is that the lead seconds is set to 10, which I believe that I normally use 4 seconds. I have been with you for years and the only way that I found this contact information was in an old email. I cannot find a place on the site to send a message through your site. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
