Thank you for your question about this snipe. To see this error, go to your Completed tab. There, you will find the bid placement times, and also a "log" icon that shows evidence of the full execution history.
In short, eBay revoked (expired) your authorization. This can happen for a few reasons:
1. If you change your password.
2. If eBay sees a security concern, they will invalidate the token.
3. If you revoke it at My eBay.
To resolve, you must visit your Preferences (at our site) and re-authorize, and you are all set.
eBay doesn't expose any information to us that is personal or security related. They take privacy very seriously and limits access to certain types of data to protect its users' privacy. The only error we get back is "This Token has been revoked by App."

I had recently updated my token, and was OK till 8th May 2026, I have re-done this now until 14th May 2026.
It was valid at the time of the snipe.
There is nothing in the logs

You're right.. the revocation was over a week ago, so that's not it.
Unfortunately, this snipe was November 15 and we have since deleted the log files in order to make a database copy faster and easier.
Since I can't give our usual thorough explanation, I gave you a free month unlimited. I regret I don't have more information, but trust this log-deletion isn't a regular thing we do. Please feel free to reply if you have other questions.
