I have been high in several instances, but my high bid has not been taken and the item sold for a lower amount. Can you explain why this is please. Thank you

Thank you for your question about this item. I think you are asking about 235265325142. We are placing the bids, otherwise we would not have the error message returned by eBay, which is shown on your Completed tab.
The seller has a requirement set that the ship location must be the registered country of the bidder. Most sellers do not use this, however.
Unfortunately, there really isn't a way to know if this requirement is in place until actually placing a bid.
