In your Completed Snipes tab it indicates that your eBay password is incorrect; you just need to update it in Preferences.

Hello. I do not believe your response is correct. I used your service to win an auction on Sept. 25. I have not changed my eBay password in the past 12 days. So, somehow your service worked on Sept. 25 and failed to work on Oct. 7 -- with the same password for each transaction. How do you explain that? Paul Rau
