Ok, first let's go to eBay's login and make sure that you are using the correct password, AND confirm that you are receiving no dialogs such as a "change your secret questions" dialog.

Been there, done that...still receive the error page, I believe the error is on your end...asks for updated Ebay password, when offered, the page retgoggles and says I need a valid Ebay username, which is listed correctly.

Oh, I think you are saying that our page does not like the exclamation mark (!), even before you click the SUBMIT button.
Is that correct?

I don't know...I have been using that username since signing up with your site several years ago...the page will not accept the correct information...it lists the correct information as it should be, but demands a change, and then does not accept the change, but rather denies the username on the second attempt...

We recently made a change on that page (a few months ago) and since then, you are probably the first person to use it with an [!].
Please try it now. We made a one-line bug fix without testing, but it should work ok.
