Thank you for reporting this message. I believe the error is directing you to your eBay account, where you need to "renew," that is, give an updated credit card.

Talked to E-Bay and don't need to renew anything.....Can still list fine......I cannot use Bidslammer and if it can't be corrected.....I must cancel this app.....Getting very upset......Have lost out on at least 4 auctions......

Please explain the exact problem you are experiencing. Your account with us is paid and in good standing. We don't have any "renew" messages. Perhaps if you could show a screenshot using paste.pics?

THIS IS WHAT THE ERROR MESSAGE STATES IN RED........Authorization Required! Your authorization with eBay has expired or is invalid. Please login with eBay to renew.

Thank you. Yes, it appears your authorization expired or you changed your eBay password. Just follow the link to log in with eBay. Or, you can go to BidSlammer Preferences and follow the link to authorize your account.
