I have a subscription which ends on 3/14/25. I am trying to add a snipe but can’t enter the amount.it shows blank. The current format looks new.I’ve tried several times to no avail. Very frustrating!

Thank you for your question about adding this snipe. I tried to reproduce this, but wasn't able to. I suspect that your browser was caching the old Javascript for a short time. It should be ok now.

Thank you so much for your reply! The auction I was attempting to bid on was ending in a few days when I sent my email to you. I went back to the web page and tried again and my bid was entered. Originally I paid for a 3 month subscription then later decided to cancel it when 3 months was up. I did this but once the end date passed, my subscription was automatically renewed for 1 year. How can I change the subscription time frame if I don’t want to renew it for a full year?

Yes, I had set it to a year manually as a temporary measure. It should read ok now.
