Trying to change my ebay password, and you keep saying my email address isn't correct. [edited] is my email I've always had.

Sorry for the late reply, I believe that is the "validator" we are using on the form page... it thinks the email is invalid. Let me check into this and I will let you know what I find out.

I think q.com has an alternate syntax you can use, like mail.q.com ? Can you try that instead?

(Unfortunately the validator we use on that page doesn't like the 1-character domain name, but we can't get rid of that validator.)
