Please fix. My account is mixed up with someelse.

We received your response. Just click Logout and then log in using the eBay userid that you wish to snipe with. We use whatever credentials that you log in with.

My Ebay UserID and my email are the same: [edited]
However under Preferences in my account the Ebay Userid and my email are DIFFERENT.
Under Preferences Ebay userid MUST changed to: [edited].
I can not edit Preferences. Your software won't allow it.
Can you please fix
