For some reason Bidslammer is reporting that my ebay password is not correct. I have not changed anything in either bidslammer or ebay so I dont know why anything would be different. Bidslammer then takes me to the preferences screen to reset my password but then will not update as it insists on a post code but wont allow me to change the code. Your advice would be appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply - we researched this and found that you just need to go to eBay and make a new, more secure password. eBay is stricter on passwords that do not originate from our site, and so for us to guarantee all bid placements and to eliminate any other uncertainties, we ask that you go to eBay and change your password, and then update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.

If, after that, you still have an issue, please let us know ASAP and we'll jump on it. We can retrieve the result pages for each snipe and this will tell us whatever reason the bid is not being accepted.
