Hello - I changed my eBay user name from laverdertradingcompany to lavendercoin and am now unable to log into your site. I did not think a name change would have an impact on site access. When I try to use the link "sign in with eBay", I get an inactive site message. Can you please advise of next steps? Thanks! Jim

Thank you for your question about changing ID's. It looks like our site picked up the name change from 'tradingcompany' to 'coin', but there is a second account starting with 'newengland' that shows a recent login this year. The accounts have different email addresses, which could be affecting the login.
Could you tell me the status each account? Are you using both on eBay? Could one be disabled or closed? Let me know and I can decide the right action.

Hello - Thanks for your reply. I was able to get back on yesterday and bid through the "lavendercoin" account. I do have 2 eBay accounts but only buy/bid from the "lavendercoin" account, so the "newenglandcoin" account can be closed/disabled if helpful.
