The Bidslammer says a bid was successful for this item and I was charged a fee. The program never placed a bid and I did not win the item. Could I please have the fee credited back to my account?

Hello Charles,

We credited you and responded to your last ticket also. Look at your Completed Snipes tab and hover your mouse over the status icon, you can see the snipe times fired and the reason you did not win.
