You still haven't followed our instructions from all the previous tickets. You MUST use a better eBay password because eBay is returning Captcha dialogs. Most of the time, this means that the eBay password you are using either has 1 or more English words.
You will ask why this password works okay from the bid submission page, and also at eBay, it is because eBay scores passwords, and they are much stricter on the password for bids that do not originate at your private computer.
The problem is so common with sniping services that we created a special article. The item that applies to you is number (3) on the list.

The Captcha dialog can also come up if you have not changed your eBay password in over a year.
