Hello, I set up eBay item #172004429002 and you show that I won the item, and charged me accordingly. However, when I go to eBay, it does not show that I won the item. It looks like my bid was not even placed.

Hello Martin,

I investigated your snipe to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe. eBay accepted our submission, but returned a Captcha dialog. We had a batch of snipes all return Captcha dialogs, but the problem appears to be resolved now. I'm sorry you were affected but future snipes will fire ok. Your fees were credited back.
