I am trying to update my eBay information with you but it keeps coming back saying I am providing an incorrect e-mail,address. It is the only e-mail,address I have - [edited]. I keep missing bids. Help.

Hello Leslie,

Sorry you are having issues. I have a couple of questions to ask so that I can reproduce the problem.

1. Are you receiving this error BEFORE or AFTER clicking the SUBMIT button?

2. Are you receiving an error "Can not confirm password" in a big ugly red error dialog ?

Let us know and we can take the next troubleshooting step.

The error is after I submit. What is in the yellow box with red lettering is my bid slammer user id: [edited] and not the e-mail ([edited]) just submitted. Also, the e-Bay password box is yellow outlined in red after I submit it. Maybe I should just start a new account with my e-mail address as my bid slammer Id.

It will not accept the information because of the following. The problem sounds like you are entering the wrong eBay password. Can you verify your eBay password at eBay first?

I have just signed in to eBay with the same password that I have been providing to bid-slammer.

We have investigated this in some detail, and we are 100% certain that an incorrect password was entered at our site on your 2 attempts.

I just tried again with the eBAy password that works for me on the eBay site. Again it is kicked out. I don't know what else to do. I am willing to give you my eBay password - which is [edited]. My user name is [edited].

When you entered it at our site you did not use the capital W. ;-D

Okay, so I did it on my Windows computer instead of my iPad, and I think it went through. Can you confirm that for me. I am so disappointed not being able to use bidslammer, and I don't want it to happen next time. I do,appreciate your help.

If you receive the green "OK" dialog after clicking SUBMIT, then you are good to go. ;-)

It appears as if the problem has been solved. Printed in green type was "Success! Your information was confirmed and updated." I will try to bidslam an item soon. Thank you for your prompt, professional attention to my dilemma.
