Ebay Authorization

I keep getting an error saying i have to reauthorize with Ebay. I cant understand why. I did recently do a chargeback on my credit card on a $50 item (the box was empty). Do you think tht might have something to do with? That was 5 days ago and since then i have bought about (10) auctions on Ebay using Buy it now but just cant use my bidslammer account. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hello Joey,
Thank you for your question about authorizing. If the "Log in with eBay" link in Preferences isn't working, there is another way.
You can also use the signup link on the home page. This will not create a new account, but it will re-authorize you and log you in.
Try that, please, and if you still need assistance, please let me know, and we can take the next step.

Our home page. Any sign up link should get you logged in.
Your last snipe returned an error "auth revoked." In short, eBay revoked (expired) your authorization. This can happen for a few reasons:
1. If you change your password.
2. If eBay sees a security concern, they will invalidate the token.
3. If you revoke it at My eBay.
eBay doesn't expose any information to us that is personal or security related. They take privacy very seriously and limits access to certain types of data to protect its users' privacy. The only error we get back is "This Token has been revoked by App."
Let me know if that signup works, and if not, we can take the next step.

Hi, I tried and it worked for a few auctions but when I woke up same thing. What can we do??

I see. Please provide some more info. Are you able to add auctions? Also, please add a new Watch item at eBay, and then try to import your Watch List at our site.
If those things are working, then the auth is valid and you are good to go.
Otherwise, please describe what you see, and a screenshot always helps (https://paste.pics). I will watch for your reply so you don't miss any auctions.

Ok I just found something interesting. I looked on my computer and it was working so I tried your “sign up” process on ur site on my phone which wasn’t working and now it is just like the computer and it even brought the auctions that I had on my computer over to my phone so I THINK we are good. Does it make sense that I had to do that on my computer and my phone to make it work on both?

I didn't think to ask if you were on mobile. Yes, we've heard this from a couple of other customers, so it must be an issue on our end. It is on our fix list.
We are planning a mobile app, but thanks to your feedback we can put our efforts into getting the current site to work on mobile 100%.
