You failed to place my winning bid on this auction. This happened again last week. This sucks and I am thinking I cannot trust the service.

Thank you for your note. This isn't related to the security system we posted the message about. In this case, the seller appears to have a block. It isn't a hard block against your account, it's a general setting that sellers can make.
eBay doesn't expose any information that is personal or security related. They take privacy very seriously and limits access to certain types of data to protect its users' privacy. This includes details about non-payment strikes, for example, which are considered private and sensitive.

The 2 auctions that were blocked yesterday were from 2 separate vendors and I have never had a non payment. So no that does not add up for me. I'll let you know if I have additional troubles. Thanks Gary
