Hello - I just noticed our recurring subscription payment was due today and and we were charged the set automatic rate of $36 - which is what I expected. Unfortunately, my business partner also went on line this morning when he was unable to place more than 9 snipes in the system and made a separate payment of $60 as he thought that's what was needed to gain further access. I know we were set up with the $36 yearly rate and should not have made the $60 payment. Can you please reverse the $60 payment? The PayPal transaction that needs to be reversed is posted below.
