item: 171985088722 was set a snip and my bidslammer shows i won the bid. but the actual item show someone else won the auction. please look into the matter.

I investigated these snipes to see what we encountered when we placed the snipe. eBay accepted our submission, but returned a Captcha dialog.

Since it appears to be random, this usually means that your password contains a dictionary word or proper noun, or the password lacks variety. Or, perhaps you have not changed your eBay password in over a year.

eBay scores passwords. It is all about increasing your odds of getting a bid through. To totally bulletproof your account,
