Hello, I've written you couple of days ago - it says I won the auction when I didn't and it counts it as one "won" when it is not. Can you fix it please? thanks

Thank you for your question about a snipe showing as a win. We credited your account as you requested. We also updated the snipe to its correct status in your account.
This occurred because of an intentional fail-safe we have in place for a niche situation: Where your bid equals the starting price but came in after someone else's. eBay returns "Success" for some reason.
To avoid this, make sure to bid competitively higher than the starting price. Always.
