Can't go to 4 seconds

iT SAYS UPGRADE TO ENABLE ALL OPTIONS & NO DATE IN UPPER R CORNER

If I log in as you, in the upper left corner, there is "Subscription renews on 2025-06-27." There may have been a short delay, but you are good to go.

I went to snipe & got, "You have met your quota of 1 free snipe."

Try logging out and log in again, please. Your account is definitely in "premium" mode. Please try that and let me know ASAP, I will watch for your reply.

I'm certain that your account is active on premium. It doesn't expire until 2025-06-27. There has to be an issue on your end.
Please try another browser. Also, try clearing your cookies and log in again.
Also - do you have more than one account with us?

I have 1 acct & I can't go to 4 seconds & it doesn't recognize me. This has already cost me a LOT of time & $!!

When you say, "it doesn't recognize me," that is significant. You should be able to see your userid in the upper left corner.
Please clear your cookies and log in again. Let me know if you see your userid in the upper-left.

It's back to normal - FINALLY. I was trying to ADD another acct for one of my partners under HER NAME, as she has her own EB accts
