eBay returned a Captcha login prompt, which means the login information was accepted by eBay, but that they would not accept the snipe until a human person confirmed the dialog. Most of the time, this means that the eBay password you are using either has 1 or more English words.
The problem is so common with sniping services that we created a special article. The item that applies to you is number (3) on the list.

The Captcha dialog can also come up if you have not changed your eBay password in over a year.
