According to Bidslammer, I won this Item, but Ebay says someone else did. What's going on?

This snipe ended yesterday, almost 24 hours ago. It still says I won. My bigger question is: why didn't I win? My maximimum was much higher than what the item sold for.

I went to that page first, and as far as I can tell, I did everything properly. (My password matches, my CC is up to date, etc.) And why did it say I won until I wrote to your help line, and suddenly it got changed? If I'm going to lose out bids for some reason that is not clear to me, then I will be less inclined to use Bidslammer.

As I've said already, I originally got the message "You Won!". Then, a day later, I emailed your Help page, and someone removed the listing entirely from my account. Now, I don't see ANY message--I don't even see a posting that I ever bid on this item. Please stop referring me to the "status_messages" page. That does NOT help answer my question, as I HAVE NO MESSAGE. As I said, the original message I got said "You Won!". Now, the listing completely gone from my account. Please, what happened? Why did I not win?
