Max snipe bid was $80, lost to someone who bid $80 before me, lost auction. Dashboard says Bidslammer thought I won and deducted a credit. Asking for that credit refund.

Thank you for your question about a snipe showing as a win. We credited your account as you requested. We also updated the snipe to its correct status in your account.
This occurred because of an intentional failsafe we have in place for a nice situation: Where your bid equals the starting price but came in after someone else's. eBay returns "Success" for some reason.
Please note: As a rule of thumb, if you are bidding at the starting price, it's always best to set the delay time at least 7 seconds, if not more. This is to ensure that your bid comes in FIRST for that particular situation.
