I have ised your company a lot over the years. I am happy to pay - but it did not make it clear that a subscription is what was being sold - basically shrp practice. In the event that youse do all chose - in your juristic personhood - to trade one's data - then let this be a shot across the bows.. it is just that you restricted a long term customer without first informing - shows lack of respect - a crucial quality for a cdompany to be able to inculcate into its ongoing liberated workforce - with ethics - is it not?

Thank you for your question about your subscription. What in the world are you talking about? The sign-up page and the PayPal payment page both say “recurring.“ In any case, just go to the PayPal payment page and update the status of the subscription to “Cancel.“ Choose “Suspend” if you want the option of choosing to continue at the sale price when the subscription is finished. Neither option will affect your current subscription.

After rereading your message I realize you were not talking about the recurring portion of the subscription, but that you felt like you were being forced to pay. Trust that this is not the case. For many years we have offered a free service with a limit of the number of snipes you have pending at one time. When you tried to add a sixth snipe it prompted for payment, but you could have deleted one of your snipes to avoid that. Please note that other services only allow three free for the entire month, so our service offering is at least 10 X of our competitors the way we have it set up now.
