customer support

First, I looked everywhere on your website for a support link and could not find one. Ended up having to google an outside link. That is not customer service!

When I first joined bidslammer years ago, things were pretty inexpensive and pretty clear. Now, your website has no information on my plan info or contact info that I could find, And left me with a surprisingly high bill for a lost snipe that did not even log on ebay.

I bid on an item, which I lost, for reasons I now understand to be within ebays minimum bid criteria. Ok, live and learn.

However, I was charged a fee of $3.61 for an unsuccessful bid?? Even your highest cost per bid package costs $12 for 5 winning bids (with free attempts).

I am happy to pay for good service and winning bids. But $3.61 fee for a loosing bid above the final sold price (but lost due to incremental bid price) that did not even post on ebay? Ouch!

Please advise me to how this works...

Have the plans changed? Am I on some kind of an older high cost - even if you dont win I get charged a bunch of money plan?? Is there no where I can go and see what kind of a plan I am on - which clearly outlines the fees I will pay?

Thanks!
Scott

Hello Scott,

We refunded it. It deducted because you were winning at one point but someone out-sniped, we always credit in that case. I have not seen this happen but a few times per year, sorry for any surprise or confusion.

You purchased service on 2012 under our old terms of 1% per snipe. A $20 deposit has lasted almost 5 years, and you still have $8 left. Impressive..

You can see the new plans at the link in the upper right on your snipe page.
