I paid £20 on 21 September 2023 for 10 or 20 successful snipes (can't remember). Since then I had 3 successful auctions and three snipes were deducted. Today, I logged in and found none of the credits I paid for exist. There were no emails from Bidslammer about ANY changes. This is outright theft. I demand compensation or a refund of the remaining credits you took from me.

Thanks for your message about your premium snipes. This is a display issue. If you log out and log back in again, you will see the credits.
