I have been a long time member of your site and your services. I know you recently changed over to a subscription base versus charging per bid one. under the old system I never had an issue creating a group which is one of the main benefits of your service. I am now a subscription member and it is telling me this feature does not work on my account. When I tried to add it, it does not allow me. Can you tell me if this is included in my subscription services or if I need to pay more to have it and how much does it cost. If I have to pay for this feature I will have to be honest and tell you I am disappointed in the new pricing structure of the site and may even have to reevaluate when my subscription is up.. I patiently await your response.

We fixed it. Your subscription is active until March and you have full access to all features. (Back in March we refunded a duplicate subscription which reached end of term, causing your account to show as cancelled). We apologize for any surprise or inconvenience this may have caused.
