Hello. I tried to login and it said my information was not found. All of my past purchase are no there and I had to sign in with ebay. I had a paid subscription. What happened to my account and my bid history? Thanks

Thank you for your question about logging in. The reason you could not log in is that you signed up under a new eBay ID. The existing account starts with the letter “V.” Its subscription expires in seven days.
