I have now missed the last four snipes.

Most recently, no. 111797631937. It sold for 18.00, I had a higher snipe which Ebay does not show although you show it was placed. Prior to placing the snipe I changed my Ebay password with Ebay and with Bidslammer (which confirmed that it was correct), to eliminate something which might have been construed as a word. My current password meets all your criteria. Nevertheless, the snipe missed.

I cannot continue with Bidslammer if this is going to keep happening. You often blame E bay for problems that arise, but I never have problems when I make a last-minute (last seconds) snipe directly and not through Ebay.

So, please advise as to what is happening. I have carefully read and complied with all your recommendations for "bulletproofing" the process. There appears to be nothing more I can do. I have never had a situation this bad with Bidslammer before.

I can see snipe times listed by the snipe on your Completed Snipes tab, so I reviewed your snipe to see what we encountered. We still don't have the correct info, eBay is not accepting it. The eBay credentials we have for you are not correct. You just need to update them in BidSlammer Preferences at https://bidslammer.com/user/prefs/ .

When you submit, it should give you a green or red dialog depending on whether it was accepted. Please let me know if this works.

Also you can try to snipe test auctions in eBay's test auction category if you like.
