We did respond to all of her tickets and the two at contact.bidslammer.com
both show as read, so I'm not sure where the disconnect was. What we
said was that you were not charged for it, only the smiley was wrong so all
is well. We also are putting in a fix on the new support system to allow the
smaller userid, although you can put anything you like in that field to give
it more characters as a workaround. Thank you for taking the time to write in
about the reports, this is why we left the old one up to make sure you can
contact us.
