Connection Interrupted

WTF is this. I am losing 10% of my snipes to this. Do I need to give more time? This is not on your list of glitches on "help". These were at about 8 seconds. If that is not the issue, get to work. Right now I am placing directly with eBay.

Sorry for the late reply - we researched this and found that you just need to go to eBay and make a new, more secure password. eBay is stricter on passwords that do not originate from our site, and so for us to guarantee all bid placements and to eliminate any other uncertainties, we ask that you go to eBay and change your password, and then update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.

If, after that, you still have an issue, please let us know ASAP and we'll jump on it. We can retrieve the result pages for each snipe and this will tell us whatever reason the bid is not being accepted.

My password is [edited]. It is difficult to image how much more secure this could be - case change, odd character, letters, numbers, very long.
Do you mean they want PW changed often, or that this is not good enough?
You say, "passwords that do not originate from our site". What does that mean? Of course all the PWs originate from your site. What others would not? Aren't you placing the bids?
I think you don't know why the connection is being "interrupted", but I'll change the PW anyway. I will be very angry if I lose any more snipes after going to this trouble.

Based on your description of the problem, I'm almost certain that's the password. I can't explain why changing the password always works, but it does.

The best way to confirm we are placing snipes is to check the Completed Snipes tab to see if the snipe times were recorded. We can't always guess the correct reason you do not win, though, we have to go look at the logs.
