Confusion over how Bidslammer is converting values

112730 3 0

Hi,
I'm trying to bid on a drum kit (item 122817508114)
It's offered in the UK and the currency is GBP.
I've set the bid to £100. I received an email telling me I was outbid and the current bidding is £121. It isn't though, it's only £87.
If I look in Bidslammer and refresh the listing it still thinks it's £121 GBP.
This has me really confused, and I'm concerned it's trying to convert £ to $ and getting confused.
When I bid, will I be bidding in £ or $? It used to be £, but I'd like to make sure I understand.
Thanks Paul

Hello,
The short version: You will still bid in the currency of the auction listed.
However, ignore the "refresh" information because yes, as you reported, it appears that our new information packets from eBay return these values in "converted" currency. This is adding a lot of confusion for sure . We are looking into it and will let you know when it is fixed.
