1. LOVE your service. I will be a longtime customer.
2. Started using your service in July. (Again, LOVE it!). I have completed snipes from July and August, but dashboard only shows snipes from the past 10 days. They're not in Completed list, and not in Archive.
I need to see history for awhile and hoping the archive feature can work. Thanks for your help with this.

Thank you for your question about seeing archived items. We made a hotfix for you. I think the issue was that you would delete a snipe with the "X" button, but then it would disappear and not show up in the Archive until it was 60 days old.
It's now set to 30 days.
