Hi. My ‘completed snipe’ says £52.58 right? But the item sold for £52.01, with the highest bidder winning it at that price. My bid was not shown on the bidding history. What has happened here?

eBay adds what is called a "minimum bid increment" to the current price. They do this to honor the traditional nature of auctions, which is for the auctioneer to raise the price after each bid.
