I have emailed you previously regarding this and have not recieved a reply, please refund both payments that you have taken from my credit card and i will use another program, and at least have the decency to reply

We did reply to your other ticket - do not worry, you were not charged for the snipes. If the icon is not showing correctly, let us know the item numbers and we can change them for you.
