Please refund the $12.00 you charged me again by mistake this month!
This happened before. I only wanted the unlimited subscription for one month.
You keep charging me every month. I DO NOT WANT IT!
I have been very happy with my relationship with you over many years. I am grateful for the service you offer. However, this continual charging for this service which I do not want is becoming a problem.

Hello John,
Thank you for your question about your subscription. This is a recurring subscription that you authorized. The last time you wrote in, we refunded as a courtesy, and gave you instructions how to cancel. Canceling is a customer responsibility.
In any case, I took care of it, and you will not see further charges.
