Hi again. I had another look at your home page and it is very unclear as to whether or not one still has to pay for successful snipes of less than 10 secs on a yearly subscription. When I attempted to start a snipe yesterday then snipes down to 10 seconds were marked as 'always free' implying that snipes of less than 10 seconds were not. If all snipes are free then please continue my subscription; if snipes of less than 10 seconds are not free then please cancel my subscription and refund my payment. If I still don't receive a reply one way or another then, naturally, I will start a Paypal claim and send them this screenshot as proof that I have twice tried to resolve the matter with you. When I re-signed on yesterday I was taken directly to a payment option with no explanation as to any extra charges (if indeed there are any). Best, Mark
