Have you seen any reliability problems with missed bids when you make the lead time too low, due to latency or delays submitting the bid? I want to reduce my lead time to the minimum amount, but don't want to take a chance that it might not get submitted due to latency? Thanks for the help. Lee

There are no reliability issues, but in your case, 5 to 7 seconds is what I'd use.
Take the case of item 264713705128 -- you won by one minimum bid increment. With close calls, you want your bid to go in earlier, not later:
