I did get in this time, sort of, with Chrome, but none of the other top web browsers. I have Windows 10 and use Edge mostly. I checked the clock and time, changed security settings, entered the https address in trusted sites. Tried with a different computer and OS. No way. I finally got you phone number, but it's been busy forever. Just thought you should know. Now it doesn't like my user name and password. I did request a new password. Last time I got in was Wed.; I did verify with the ebay pw and user ID.

Can you try again for us. It appears a small bug popped out of our latest release and we fixed it. Thanks for the heads up and taking the time to write us.

I cannot get in using any of the top browsers. Chrome did let me use this link, but I can't get to my account because of the password and user ID are not valid.

I got in, but only using Chrome. I cannot get in using anything else, which is a bit annoying since all my stuff is in Edge. But thanks for getting me in.
