Please delete and completely remove any traces of bidslammer login IDs for bandemere and bellacoola because it is causing havoc with logging into my eBay accounts that have the same Userids.

You are correct in that my logging into eBay is not affected. Logging into Bidslammer using "bellacoola" is also okay. However, logging into Bidslammer using "bandemere" has a problem. Both the bellacoola and bandemere accounts in eBay are associated or linked to a single email account -- namely, "[edited]". When I try to reset the Bidslammer password for bandemere, I receive an email message from Bidslammer that begins with the erroneous salutation, "Hello, Bellacoola". Although I am actually trying to reset my bandemere password, for some unknown reason Bidslammer mistakenly thinks that I am trying to reset my bellacoola password.

I think that we should delete the bandemere account from Bidslammer. Afterwards, I will try to recreate the bandemere account in Bidslammer, staring from scratch. If that should fail again, then I will simply live with only having the bellacoola account with Bidslammer.

I see. I looked up both accounts. The emails appear to be reversed.
- 'bandemere' is using bellacoola at yahoo.com.
- 'bellacoola' is using bandemere at yahoo.com.
Do you want me to swap these?

My first preference, if possible, is to use [edited] for both Bidslammer accounts. If not possible, then please let me know, and we will try to do something else.

If it is not possible to use the same email account for both of my Bidslammer accounts, then I will agree to do the swap. But, don't do the swap until after I have had a chance to sync the email addresses that are associated with my eBay accounts. After I finish with the latter, I will let you know when it will be okay to do the swap.

It's not possible without a code change. I can swap them when you give the go.
I did try using the format [edited], since anything from the plus onward is supposed to be ignored, but Yahoo bounced it. We support it, but Yahoo apparently doesn't.
