Is this what happened? In most cases it happens because the customer (you) had an account previously but renamed the eBay ID a few years ago.

If you have a moment, please try to sign up again and let me know the error you see on the page.

I just checked again. Good news. The signup was ok. So you should be able to use one of the 3 options on our login page.

However, I'm concerned about the error page -- I gave 3 months free in hopes you'll send that over. It's probably an eBay security thing, and it would be a great help to see the screenshot.

Hope you like the service. This incident is not a reflection on the sniper or reliability.
