I am trying to add an item to bid on and it says its not a correct Item number number but it is... Then if i search the item number on bid slammer it shows it but says it needs to be down loaded ????? second one item I have in bid slammer shows a bid of 10.50 but on ebay it shows a bid of 31.00 so which is correct ?
lastly I paid for upgraded service but the screen goes blank when I hit pay ??
if you can tell me how to fix these problems that would be great .. Many Thanks

I have tried to upgrade several times I enter my credit card I get a green check then the screen goes blank and my card is not charged.

Thank you for your question about the item. The item number is valid, but the message is wrong. This was an unintentional side effect of our last update. It would allow you to add the snipe, but it would not load the summary information.
To refresh your item information, just click the "Refresh Bid/Price Info" button at the top of the table.
